Supervision details
I am a trained Integrative Supervisor with experience in providing one-to-one and group supervision. I work with trainees and experienced professionals from a variety of therapeutic models and backgrounds, including Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Psychosynthesis, DIT, CBT, Eclectic, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Existential, Person-Centred, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and more.
With experience working in both private practice and organizational settings such as the NHS, health and social care services, charities, and university counselling services, I offer tailored support that meets the needs of diverse therapeutic approaches. This includes facilitating the supervision of counsellors and psychotherapists through accreditation processes.
The supervision space I provide is a confidential, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment where you can reflect on your clinical practice and personal growth. My goal is to create a supportive and restorative atmosphere that allows you to develop your skills, strengthen your professional resilience, and work through the challenges you encounter in your practice.
The Supervision Space I provide aims to offer:
- Personalized Support: Whether you are a trainee or an experienced professional, I tailor the supervision to your needs and goals, ensuring that you feel heard and supported.
- Diversity and Inclusion: I have experience working with a range of diverse group of professionals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, therapeutic models and settings, allowing me to offer flexible and relevant supervision that suits your unique practice.
- Holistic Approach: I believe in supporting the whole practitioner. My supervision services focus not only on client cases but also on your emotional well-being, professional development, and self-care.
- Flexible Format: I offer both in-person and remote supervision, allowing you to choose the format that works best for you.
Our first meeting
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore your current practice, needs, and goals. During this session, we will:
- Understand your current practice: I’ll learn more about your therapeutic approach, the clients you work with, and the contexts in which you practice.
- Discuss your supervision needs: Together, we’ll identify what you need from supervision to support your ongoing development, including any specific challenges you’re facing.
- Build a strong supervisory relationship: We’ll explore how we can develop a safe, trusting, and supportive space that fosters your growth and development as a practitioner.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
