Supervision details
I hold a post graduate diploma in clinical supervision, and offer this to qualified and trainee counsellors. I work integratively and use Hawkins and Shohet's seven eyed model of supervision. I also provide therapeutic supervision to employees and organisations. Supervision requires commitment and participation from both supervisor and supervisee. It is about working ethically and safely with clients - enhancing the therapeutic relationship, connecting and reflecting through theory, and learning new skills and techniques. It can also be about modelling a good relationship, and I aim for transparency between myself and my supervisees. My hope is that they will feel safe and supported in order that they can bring any personal and professional information relevant to their counselling work. Their honesty and trust ensures that I can offer the best service possible.
My commitment to this process is:
The provision of a warm, supportive environment where you, the supervisee, feel comfortable to be open about your work and personal well being
Constructive feedback on your work
Observation of your practice, giving support and guidance where required
Exploration of your work/workload with you
Fee £60 per hour, £80 for 90 minutes
Please get in touch to discuss how we may be able to work together, and for information on how I can work with you
