Supervision details
As a Counsellor I know how much I value the time I spend with my own supervisor. I value the supervisors I have had who have a wide experience in counselling themselves, from whom I can learn, who are sensitive to my concerns and are supportive. I also like to be challenged and view my practise from a different perspective. As a supervisor myself I aim to replicate my own experience of supervision and hopefully ensure a positive, learning experience for my supervisees. I qualified as a counselling supervisor in 2006 and I think the supervision I offer reflects the eclectic way in which I work. I trained as a Person Centred counsellor and since that time have gained qualifications in Bereavement, EFT and CBT as well as having experience in a number of other modalities. I try to be flexible in my approach and I get much pleasure from working in partnership with my supervisees.
