Supervision details

My supervision experience spans over 20 years of working both privately and within the NHS. I offer well qualified counselling supervision encompassing all aspects of clinical practice to individual practitioners and small groups in Norwich,I consider myself down to earth, flexible and approachable. I draw upon almost 30 years of working in the field of a humanistic & integrative psythotherapy as my framework. I work with experienced practitioners with a full caseload and those more recently qualified and setting up in practice.  I also work with advanced trainee practitioners who often book to come to see me in pairs; thus sharing the fee and shared learning experience.   Please feel free to contact me to discuss your individual needs and I will be happy to answer any initial questions you may have.  My fee for an individual (one hour) supervision session Is £50;  Sessions can be spaced fortnightly or monthly depending on your caseload. For advanced trainees I work on the 6-1 ratio for supervision as your professional body requires.  I also offer 6-1 supervision for those working toward accreditation.  My fee for this work is £50 per session hour if sponsored.  Or £40 if self funding.  I am currently running small supervision groups (four practitioners in each) which is a monthly two hour supervision meeting with an additional 15 minute mid-way tea break.  These groups require a commitment of a minimum of 3 months and are £25 per meeting which includes hand outs and coffee.  Please contact me for more details and to be put on my waiting list.  Each groups starts when there are four practitioners on the list.  You are welcome to enquire whether you are a qualified and well established practitioner or more recently qualified and just starting out.  There is also availability for advanced trainees who do not currently have a case load of their own but are working on or about to work on a placement.  I always endeavour to 'match' each new group participant appropriately.    This can count toward your annual CPD requirement and is an opportunity to network, share ideas and information and combat some of the isolation that working in private practice is famous for! .
