About me

I’m a counsellor and clinical manager, and I understand how hard it can be to reach out for support — especially when you’re already carrying so much. If you’re struggling right now, you don’t have to do this on your own.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to healing. Feeling safe, heard, and respected matters far more than any single technique. Our work is built on trust and compassion, and we move at your pace, with no pressure to share anything before you’re ready.
Using  a combined approach shaped around you and your needs. This allows us to respond to what’s happening for you in the moment, rather than forcing a fixed model. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, or feeling lost or overwhelmed, we will approach it gently and together.
The ways you’ve learned to cope have developed for a reason. In our work, we can take time to understand these responses with care and curiosity, creating space for change that feels safe and sustainable.
My role isn’t to tell you what to do or who to be. It’s to walk alongside you, to help you make sense of what you’re carrying, and to support you in reconnecting with your strength, your voice, and yourself.
You don’t need to have the right words. Just coming as you are is enough — and we’ll take it from there.

Abuse Recovery & Breaking Unhealthy Relationship Patterns

Reclaiming Your Worth, Rewriting the Story

Surviving abuse - whether emotional, physical, sexual, or psychological - can leave deep wounds that linger long after the relationship ends. These experiences can shake your sense of safety, identity, and trust - not only in others but in yourself. Healing from abuse is not just about “moving on”; it’s about coming home to yourself, restoring your voice, and gently untangling the beliefs and behaviours that may have formed in the aftermath.

Further information

I work in a calm, private, and confidential setting designed to help clients feel safe and at ease. Sessions are offered in person and online, depending on individual needs and preferences. My way of working is relational, trauma-informed, and paced carefully around each client. I prioritise safety, consent, and choice, and there is no pressure to share more than feels manageable. I work ethically and within my scope of practice, with appropriate safeguarding procedures in place. Regular supervision and ongoing professional development support safe and reflective practice.
