About me
As an Integrative Counsellor, I believe there is no single path to healing - just as no two individuals are the same. My approach weaves together different therapeutic modalities to support your unique journey, offering a flexible, compassionate space for self-exploration, growth, and transformation.
Integrative counselling means I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches - including Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic insights, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) - to tailor our work to your specific needs. Whether you're facing anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or feeling lost in your sense of identity, together we will explore what's going on beneath the surface, at a pace that feels right for you.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that you are the expert of your own life. I’m here not to direct, but to walk alongside you, holding a safe, non-judgmental space where every part of you is welcome. Through our work, we will aim to understand your story, uncover patterns, and gently reconnect you with your inner resources and sense of wholeness.
My goal is to help you not only cope, but to truly heal, reclaim your power, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and connection to your authentic self.

Abuse Recovery & Breaking Unhealthy Relationship Patterns
Reclaiming Your Worth, Rewriting the Story
Surviving abuse - whether emotional, physical, sexual, or psychological - can leave deep wounds that linger long after the relationship ends. These experiences can shake your sense of safety, identity, and trust - not only in others but in yourself. Healing from abuse is not just about “moving on”; it’s about coming home to yourself, restoring your voice, and gently untangling the beliefs and behaviours that may have formed in the aftermath.
