Yoga Nidra or 'psychic sleep' is a powerful deep relaxation practice for the mind and body. It takes just 30-35 minutes and all you need is a yoga mat to lie on, a couple of cushions for extra comfort and support and a blanket to cover yourself with. You will then be guided through the practice by listening to the instructions of my voice. Mental, emotional and physical tensions are gradually released through a series of stages that activate all the senses, breath awareness, 'a journey around the body' and guided visualisation.

During Yoga Nidra the conscious mind is released from its habitual arousal and tension, the sub-conscious mind and its inherent creativity is free to imagine and affirm any positive changes you may wish to make in your life or personality.
