“No matter how much falls on us, we keep plowing ahead. That's the only way to keep the roads clear.” Greg Kincaid

Resilience is essentially about how we bounce back from stressful situations without experiencing long term adverse effects.

By directing our gaze towards our resilience, we can gain wisdom from the scrapes and scratches we pick up along the way.

Every fall can teach us how to make the journey better.

  • Do you want to make further use of the skills you used during tough times?
  • Do you want to make your journey better?
  • Do you want to tackle challenges more effectively?

If you have answered ‘yes’ to any of the questions, and you want to build a personal strategy for resilience, then this workshop is for you.

Let’s explore together and build your resilience using poetry, conversation, and self-reflective writing.

No prior knowledge of poetry or expressive writing is required, just a willingness to share, reflect and experiment with words in a supportive environment.

CPD certificates provided.
