Writing away your worries: poetry therapy workshop
“Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrow, it only saps today of its joy.”
– Leo F. Buscaglia
Worrying is a destructive habit that can drain all your energy and take the fun out of your day. If not kept in check, worrying can lead to stress, anxiety and physical illness.
- Do you worry about the past, present or the future?
- Do you worry about what others think?
- Does your worrying affect your relationships?
If you have answered ‘yes’ to any of the questions, and you want to make a change, then this workshop is for you.
Join me in this experiential workshop and together, discover new ways to conquer the worry habit, using poetry, conversation, creative and self-reflective writing activities.
No prior knowledge of poetry or expressive writing is required, just a willingness to share, reflect and experiment with words in a supportive environment.
CPD certificates provided.
