People are struggling with weight issues, and the solution is about more than just reducing food. It is about a total psychological, emotional, spiritual and physical approach. It is about connecting with others in the same situation and gaining strength from each other. It is about food planning and, most importantly, self-compassion.

This CPD workshop will introduce you to a biopsychosociospiritual model of treatment.

The workshop aims to inform you of a therapeutic approach for working with obesity introducing the 12-step addiction model. You will learn how you can integrate key principles from this model into your own practice. You will gain a good understanding of binge eating disorder and food addiction and how these are treated.

This is a one-day workshop held in St. Albans from 10am-4pm.

I am delivering a second workshop about working with anorexia on November 16th in St. Albans. Please see separate listing.

Cost is £75 per person. Early bird discount £65 to be paid before September 1st.

Full details of the workshop can be found under CPD on my website.

Five-hour CPD certificates issued.
