Windmill Wellbeing six week course
Starting on Thursday 21 April 10-12 at Highfield Park Visitor Centre AL4 ORA (further dates to be announced)
This course is aimed at those interested in developing helpful new practices to take care of their minds, bodies and souls whilst connecting with like minded others. Meditation is believed to relax and tackle the sources of stress whilst helping to improve focus, clarity and sleep.
Meditation, relaxation, self-care and self-compassion.
Small groups and limited places. All welcome.
