Where are we now - adjusting to the new reality
About this workshop
'Where are we now?': This is a one-day The Stories We Tell workshop. We'll be looking at how we're adjusting to the new reality relating to the pandemic.
Is living in a pandemic world making you re-think your values and beliefs, how you feel about work, relationships, leisure activities? How can you best meet the challenges and opportunities that this extraordinary time presents?
'Where are we now?' offers you the space to reflect on these questions, share thoughts and feelings about your experiences of the pandemic, and find ways to move forward with energy and purpose.
What you will learn
We'll look at how well you've been coping with what’s going on, how good you are at tapping into your inner resources, and finding the support you need. We'll look at what changes you're noticing within yourself and what adjustments you're making.
Further details
As in all our workshops, we'll mix short reflecting and writing exercises with discussion and sharing of stories. The day will run from 10.00 to 4.00 with a one-hour lunch break at 1.00.
(For CPD purposes it will count as five hours.)
Please get in touch with us here if you need any more information.
Working online
We're aware that online workshops can be intense and tiring, so we pay special attention to comfort and pace. On this workshop there will be plenty of offscreen activity, short breaks and private breakout conversations, along with group discussion.
Booking - please visit the website or email Corrie.
The Stories We Tell workshops are run by Sarah and Jamie Jauncey. Sarah is a counsellor and yoga teacher, Jamie a writer and musician. All their weekends are based around the way we interpret our life experiences - in other words the stories we habitually tell about ourselves and those around us.
