This group is creative, embodied and experiential, with opportunities to explore all aspects of yourself and create images and sculpts with objects, use empty chairs to try out different roles, explore movement and expression, map out experiences and relationships.

Psychodrama is not about acting or performing, and no prior experience is needed. I invite you to be curious and discover the nurturing and healing potential of creativity, connection and support in this therapy group.

Limited spaces available for new clients - spring term 2023.

  • January 11th – March 29th (no group February 15th)
  • 10 sessions, minimum one term commitment
  • trainees & qualified therapists/counsellors welcome
