A creative, embodied and experiential weekly therapy group to explore whatever is important to you. I invite you to be curious and experience the healing potential of creativity and connection in this therapy group.

Group members commit to one term (12-15 sessions), after which time they can choose to continue or leave the group. I'm currently taking new referrals/enquiries for the autumn term and offer a free, no-commitment, initial online meeting.
