Join us for a weekend of relaxation and self-care with fellow your fellow therapists on the 16th - 18th of August. Our retreat is tailored to de-stress, de-clutter and rejuvenate the person and the therapist.
Our workshops include:
- mindful meditation/singing bowls
- music and singing workshop
- personal development - inner child
- CPD - working with neurodivergence
- group energy healing
- breathwork
- pilates
- hypnotherapy - de-clutter the mind
- group supervision
- reflection/sharing circle
- 1:1 sessions are available for Reiki and counselling over the course of the weekend
