Supporting the teenage years

Having a teen at home is not easy, and often communications with parents seem to lead to having an argument. With this workshop, you will have a deeper understanding of a teenage brain and the reason why they behave the way they do. You will also learn to communicate with them in a more efficient and constructive way by managing expectation and conflicts.

This workshop is for parents that would like to know more about teens, what makes them happy, what doesn’t, and how to improve your communication with them.
