Understanding why adults and young people self-harm and what we can do about it is an essential skill for counsellors, professionals and parents. Self harm is becoming more and more common. This one-day course will help participants to explore what self harm is and how we can distinguish between self harm and suicidal intent. We will look at resources that are safer to use and how to minimise risk.

This is a four hour CPD and certificates will be issued.

10am to 2pm with a small break.

Refreshments will be provided from 9:45am and at break time.
