Retrain your brain - anxiety management
Are you a worrier? Would you like to learn how to control your worrying and relax more? Is your worrying taking over your life?
This is a four week course designed to help you manage your anxiety levels. Each week we look at what causes anxiety and what are our own triggers for feeling anxious.
Each week we learn how to use simple techniques to regain control and learn to worry less. Workshops are delivered to small groups and confidential open discussions are encouraged.
Each session last 75 minutes and there is some homework to do.
Fun and interactive sessions, breaking down the barriers, getting people together to talk and open up about how they are feeling.
