Record keeping and administration is not only essential for safeguarding in private practice, but it can also be a crucial (and often overlooked) element of successful businesses. Data is fundamental in telling us what is working well and not working so well, so if you are not recording it, how will you know?

This workshop has been created to help you learn how to work smart with your admin whilst keeping yourself and your clients safe. Tom will share tips and tricks he has used to maximise his practice growth through record keeping and data analysis in a time-efficient way.

Whether you are just starting out and want to explore the types of records you should be keeping, or if you have an established practice and want to use data to take things to the next level, this workshop has something for you.

Tom has extensive knowledge and experience in private practice management and will be sharing his golden tips to help you get organised right from the get-go and save time. If you start out on top of your admin, you’re going to see your practice excel.

All attendees receive our electronic ‘Private Practice Admin Pack’ for free!

This includes an example of a risk assessment, GP referral letter, spreadsheet analytics, therapeutic executor agreement and client note forms.

Topics covered:

  • The types of essential records required to run an efficient and safe practice.
  • Understand the benefits of Counselling agreements, initial session assessments and risk assessments.
  • How to analyse practice data and use observations to increase revenue and save money.
  • Why you need a clinical will.

This is a two-hour workshop on Saturday 9th October. Tickets are priced at £40 and there is a discounted price for booking all three workshops.
