We are running some group therapy sessions around the psychological effects of the menopause.

Come along if you are tired of feeling lost, angry or as if you are disappearing. A friendly, supportive environment to talk about how you are feeling mentally, meet some like-minded women and maybe pick up some hints on how to cope with this overwhelming time in your life.

These are face-to-face group sessions for 90 mins on Friday mornings starting in September.
