6th October 2015, 6.30pm - 9.30pm
Open to all
Spectrum Therapy, 7 Endymion Road, London, N4 1EE

Money evokes powerful emotions. It can be a source of pleasure and of a sense of achievement and freedom but can also provoke anxiety, guilt, shame and envy. No matter whether we have a lot or a little, the subject of money is often dominated by poverty consciousness.

Our relationship with money impacts the work we do and how we ‘spend’ our time. Money also impacts our relationships, influencing how we make relationships and with whom, creating power dynamics in families and between couples, friends and co-workers as well as between groups in the wider society and world.

This workshop will introduce a number of tools and exercises to explore your personal history, attitudes and patterns around money. You will have an opportunity to review whether where you are in your relationship with money is where you want to be and, if not, how you can develop a more mindful and empowered way of being in relation to the symbol that is money.

The workshop will take place at Spectrum on five Tuesday evenings from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. October 6th, 20th, 27th, November 3rd & 10th and one Sunday 10am to 5pm October 11th 2015.

The fee for the workshop is £330.

Early bird special: book by 1st September and receive 10% off.

Please call me on 07877 453477 for more information and to reserve a place.

There will be a maximum of 8 participants in the group.
