This group is for people who are looking for support following a bereavement and is supported by The Practice Health Champions who secured a big lottery funding grant to run for a year.
You may have recently experienced a loss, or this may be a long-term issue - something that you have been trying to work through for some time.
The group has a 12 week cycle and covers many aspects of the grief process. It allows you time to connect with other people who are experiencing similar feelings.
We offer a welcoming confidential space to allow you to speak openly.
