Living with bereavement

You may have lost a significant person in your life. Bereavement is a life experience for which most people are not well prepared and there are few places in our society to bring our grief and process the experience of loss.

We are all unique and respond to grief differently. In this workshop, we will share our experiences and learn to honour and express our grief through techniques and exercises, so that we can manage ourselves and our lives better through the experience of bereavement.

To get the most from this workshop, we would suggest that before you join, a period of six months or more has passed after your loss.

The course leaders are Samina Baig and Susan Scher.

Saturday and Sunday, November 23–24, 2019 from 10am-4pm.

Cost £250

The workshop will take place at Spectrum, 7 Endymion Road, London N4 1EE.

If you are interested in joining this workshop please contact Susan on 07806 662474, susan@susanscher.net or Samina on 07522 183309, saminabaigtherapy@gmail.com
