#Justask is a 10-week parenting programme to support parents to understand their child's mental health and to develop communication and behavioural strategies to support them.
The programme will also support parents to develop strategies to support their own resilience.
The group will offer a safe and supportive space to work through their own challenges and, through the company of other parents, know that they are not alone.
