Journalling for self-care and self-development
A free online workshop on how journalling can support you on your mental health journey. This event will cover self-care, checking in with yourself and setting goals and objectives.
The short workshop is highly interactive and will provide you with insights, and helpful takeaways on how to incorporate journalling practice into your life to support you in mindfulness and personal/professional development.
It is open to all who may be interested, but especially helpful if you are:
- experiencing depression and/or anxiety
- interested in techniques to stay on track with your personal goals and objectives

Ellie Rowland-Callanan (she/they) is a LGBTQIA+ affirmative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, incorporating creative writing therapeutic techniques into her practice with clients. They are a Chartered Marketer and former strategic communications professional, with a decade of experience facilitating and delivering creative writing training.
