You are welcome to attend this overview to learn about focusing for yourself and for your work with others.

Dr. Greg Madison, Frank Bock, Cathy McCoy, Carol Poole and graduates of the London Focusing Institute, invite you to an introductory weekend workshop on this respectful embodied therapeutic practice. This workshop can be taken as a standalone CPD training and as a prerequisite for the next two-year certification in focusing-oriented therapy.

Focusing comes out of the work of existential philosopher and psychologist Eugene Gendlin as a means of going beyond techniques, tools, and diagnostic assumptions in order to base our practice on a person-to-person encounter with relational depth. If you are interested in non-oppressive practices, for yourself, people you work with and the world, focusing may be a good fit for you.

23rd-24th June 2018. Saturday 10-5pm, Sunday 10-3pm.

Barbican, Central London.

Cost: £210 for both days (early bird £180). For more information, contact: londonfocusing@gmail.com
