Free introduction to homecoming - exploring our spiritual path and connection with the natural world.

If you would like to learn more about the homecoming workshop running from February 2020, you are invited to come to this free introductory afternoon meeting. We will discuss what exactly shamanic journeying is and why it may be of interest if you are looking to deepen your sense of interconnectedness with the natural world, and the feeling of coming home to your deepest self that journeying can facilitate.

I am a Spectrum practitioner in private practice with individuals, couples, and groups. I first learned to journey with psychologist Dr Leslie Gray in 2000 as part of a psychotherapy masters programme at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. After returning to the UK, in 2007 I joined the homecoming programme created and developed by core staff member and practitioner Judy Hargreaves at Spectrum. In 2018, I trained with Judy to teach this workshop.
