Are you a mixed woman looking to explore and better understand your experience of growing up mixed?

This therapeutic course is designed to help you navigate the nuances of the mixed experience and explore important questions needed to encourage self-discovery.

Created by experienced counsellor, Danielle Bottone, this course offers a unique space for you to reflect on your personal experiences, gain a deeper understanding of your identity, and build a stronger sense of self. Using a combination of personal reflection and guided therapeutic exercises, you are encouraged to acknowledge both the difficult and enriching parts of your story.

What you need to know

This course includes 10 guided therapeutic online exercises to encourage you to explore your mixed experience, all of which you can work through at your own pace.

From your outer world encounters with strangers, right through to the inner workings of who you are, this space is made to challenge, stretch and support your journey through your individual mixed experience.

Please note: This course is emotionally challenging. It is therefore advised that you consider your current emotional capacity before investing in it. This course is not a substitute for therapy. All signposting resources are UK-based
