Forest therapy - turn of the seasons - Summer

26th June 2021, 4.00pm - 6.30pm
Open to all
£12 - £25
Epping forest, Chingford, E4 7HQ

During this forest therapy experience, we will adjust to the new season and benefit from a profound restorative pause and a time to reflect, while reconnecting to the rest of nature. And if all goes to plan, this will also coincide with the end of the lockdown, thus creating another reason for celebration!

You will be offered especially crafted sensory and mindful invitations to help you slow down and access a calmer and more personal territory. By sharing our experience of nature together, we will also have the opportunity to explore both our personal and collective insights.

Who is it for? People from age 18 onwards. It is not a hike and doesn’t require to be particularly fit.

Forest therapy can be particularly beneficial if you are:

  • Often overwhelmed and stressed.
  • Feeling depleted and lacking energy.
  • Going through a life transition.
  • Longing for a deeper and more meaningful relationship to nature.
  • Struggling with seated meditation.
