Emotional resilience and self-esteem summer club
Welcome to our summer club!
Over the summer holidays, Creative Minds will be running a very special programme designed for children and young people who may be struggling with transitioning into their new year groups come September.
The programme is designed to help children become more resilient, feel more confident, boost self-esteem, learn new techniques to help feel calm, and to make new friends!
We will be joined by local organisations such as relax kids, yoga teachers, and reiki instructors to help deliver a very unique experience!
Sessions will run once a week on a Tuesday from 10am until 1pm over the summer holidays. Please bear in mind there will be no session on the week beginning 12th August. Sessions will include a light lunch.
Please be reassured that your child can be collected at any time if they become unsettled during the sessions, and parents are welcome to stay with their children if they wish.
The cost of the full programme is £40 per child. This includes a free Reiki session for all parents (T's & C's apply).
There is also the option to attend sessions individually at a cost of £10 per session (this excludes free reiki session).
This programme is part-funded by the amazing Hays Travel Foundation.
Suitable for children aged six to 11 years old. Age is a guide only - depending on ability, older or younger children are also welcome.
