Eight week Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy programme
We have been asked if we will run an 8 week course to begin at the end of June. We will only run with a minimum of six people and a maximum of 12. Please can you let us know if you are interested and we will email you further information and a registration form.
The MBCT is an evidence based mindfulness based programme that incorporates aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help reduce stress and anxiety. It teaches mindfulness meditation and stress reducing techniques over eight consecutive weekly sessions.
The cost of the course is £250, however we do consider concessions and weekly payments to help make it accessable to all.
About the host
Mindfulness in Herts and Acorn Wellbeing have come together to deliver this 8 week MBCT course. Tania and Helen are both CBT therpaists and BACP accredited/ registered. Tania has trained with Bangor university to deliver mindfulness, and Helen is experienced in meditation and holistic wellbeing.
