Drumming at the edge of awareness

We are very pleased to announce our upcoming CPD workshop for counsellors and psychotherapists. 

A well-being drumming workshop, open to all experiences, for trainee and qualified therapists, wishing to:

• explore different ways to express yourself
• explore how music could support you
• explore a different way to release emotions and stress levels
• have well-being time for you, and a time for fun. 

Drumming will be provided but please bring your own one, if you have it.
