Diploma level 5 in integrative play and creative therapy
We are offering a diploma level 5 in integrative play and creative therapy. Run over two years this will equip participants to become qualified therapists. This course is accredited through the national council of integrative psychotherapists (NCIP)
Our integrative approach incorporates the following modalities of therapy:
· Play and creative therapy
· Gestalt and person-centred therapy
· Transactional analysis and systemic therapy
We will focus on the following creative therapy approaches:
· Art
· Movement and dance
· Music
· Puppets
· Sand tray
· Sensory
· Creative visualisations
· Sculpts
This unique opportunity gives students a chance to not only gain an accredited diploma in integrative creative and play therapy but also the experience and completion of clinical practice hours.
We also offer supervision as part of this diploma to ensure students are developing and practising safely.
The course includes 24 teaching days over 2 years.
Completion of a minimum of 200 clinical hours.
Completion of a minimum of 80 hours of group supervision.
Completion and pass rate on reflective essay 2000 words, submitted by the deadline. At the end of year 1.
Completion and pass rate on two 2500-word case study. Submitted by the deadline (at the end of each year).
