Couple counselling, from dyad to triad - what's the difference?
Join me in understanding the difference of delivering couple work in this new format with online events (www.onlinevents.co.uk) over two evenings on the 17th and 24th of September.
In this workshop, we will look at the different challenging complexities of working from an individual session with one client to the vastly different aspects of working with a couple in a session.
I will give you an overview of these differences and how you will need to have a completely different focus of balance and holding in the work you do with a counselling session. We will look at the aspect of conflict, which will always be within the room, due to there being different positions with each individual having their own perspective on things and possibly having different agendas, and how you can deal with each effectively without excluding the other.
It will be an invaluable workshop, not in just understanding the above, but whether you would like to look further at the challenging process of working with couple’s. It’s not for the faint-hearted.
