Counselling as a learning process – differentiation for counsellors
For some years now I have split my time between counselling and training others to do the same. I have been struck between the similarities between learning theory and therapeutic process. I believe that the latter can, in many cases benefit from an understanding of the former. This workshop explores the relationship between therapy and learning and encourages a therapeutic approach that has differentiation as a guiding principle.
For: Qualified/trainee counsellors
All workshops run subject to minimum numbers.
I am a qualified counsellor running a successful private practice in Hythe Kent. As well as working as a counsellor, I am also a qualified teacher with years of experience creating and providing training courses. All events are designed to enhance, challenge and develop current practice. CPD Certificates will be issued to all attendees.
