Autumn gathering

At the autumn equinox, we come together to mark the turning of the year. This is an opportunity to honour the harvest and celebrate what has come to pass whilst also noticing what no longer serves us and needs releasing as we move forward.

This workshop is aimed at anyone interested in nurturing their personal growth and well-being who wants to experience a creative and therapeutic experience as part of a group outside with nature. This is an invitation to connect with yourself, nature, creativity and other people in a supported way. 

This workshop takes place in Shining Cliff woods around a campfire. There will be some temporary shelter but no inside space. Please wear clothes and footwear appropriate to the time of year and weather conditions. I will provide hot water and a selection of teas, but please provide your own lunch and snacks.

There are limited spaces and some concessions available.
