Come and join me on this online workshop to look at the fascinating aspect of attachment, delivered online and over two weeks on the 15th and 22nd of October through online events - https://www.onlinevents.co.uk/.

Attachment and insecurity are major features of how we understand and work within our worlds. Our formative years are guided by others, and we hold onto those principles throughout our life. Those are things we gravitate towards when times are emotionally tough. If we can understand our attachment styles, then we are best placed to offset some of the effect they have on us. We cannot fully negate the effect it has on us, but we can minimise it by our increased awareness of it.
