A conversation about anxiety
In this two-hour workshop, we'll explore the nature of anxiety and the various ways it can manifest in the mind and body, such as stress, tension, worry, feeling on edge, or feeling out-of-control.
We'll look at the development of anxious thinking, and how we can use a range of things, such as mindfulness, self-care, and compassion to bring ourselves back into balance. In addition, we'll also be sharing a model from transactional analysis, which will help you to understand how anxiety is created within us and perpetuated in a vicious circle.
We'll also be sharing some ideas about how to get out of this vicious circle.
