4 week meditation course (Zoom)
About the course
Four-part meditation course (7:30 PM-9 PM on four consecutive Mondays) suitable for beginners and improvers.
Each week follows a theme including:
- reducing stress and anxiety
- improving health and well-being
- increasing connection with yourself
- increasing connection with others
Each week also provides some theory and a range of different meditation techniques for you to experiment with including:
- body awareness
- breath
- mantra
- object
- mindfulness and guided visualisations
