About the course

Four-part meditation course (7:30 PM-9 PM on four consecutive Mondays) suitable for beginners and improvers.

Each week follows a theme including:

  1. reducing stress and anxiety
  2. improving health and well-being
  3. increasing connection with yourself
  4. increasing connection with others

Each week also provides some theory and a range of different meditation techniques for you to experiment with including:

  • body awareness
  • breath
  • mantra
  • object
  • mindfulness and guided visualisations
