About me

Hi, I’m Zaira, a qualified counsellor/psychotherapist offering a space for you to slow down, explore what’s going on beneath the surface, and move forward with clarity and self-trust.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, low mood, self-esteem, identity, relationships, or life transitions, I offer a grounded and non-judgemental space to help you make sense of things. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you - it’s about understanding you, working with your strengths, and gently exploring what’s been holding you back.

My therapy approach draws from Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, and CBT models, which means sessions are flexible and tailored to what you need - whether that’s emotional support, practical strategies, or deeper insight.

Further information

I work at your pace, without pressure or pretence. My goal is to help you feel seen and heard - maybe for the first time in a long while. I bring warmth, honesty, and presence to the therapeutic space, with an openness to who you are, where you’ve come from, and where you hope to go.

I’m especially experienced in supporting clients from diverse cultural and faith backgrounds, and I hold space for those who may have felt misunderstood or marginalised elsewhere.

If you’re not sure what you need yet - that’s okay. We can figure that out together.
