About me
I’m a systemic psychotherapist who works with individuals, couples, families, and loved ones.
People come to me for support with a variety of challenges. Sometimes, it’s about issues within relationships, such as communication difficulties, disconnection between people or family changes. Other times it’s about personal struggles, anxiety or finding new ways to deal with past trauma. I’m also often approached by parents who are concerned about their teenage children.
I’m particularly interested in hearing people’s stories with curiosity and care. The stories we tell about ourselves can be powerful and examining them can open up new possibilities for connection and change. The struggles we often face make more sense when we look at the larger picture, particularly the relationships and situations we’re in. When we take the context into consideration, we gain a deeper understanding of what’s happening to us and those around us, which allows us to imagine new ways forward.
Relationships are central to how we make sense of ourselves and our lives. Whether it’s our partners, families, friends or communities, I’m interested in how relationships shape who we are. I believe that when these relationships are supportive, honest and aligned with our needs, they become a source of healing and strength.
As a queer therapist, I'm passionate about creating spaces where LGBTQ+ folks feel seen, respected and celebrated. I understand the unique challenges and incredible strengths that come with living queer and trans lives in a world that doesn’t always make space for us.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
