About me
Life can feel overwhelming when you're struggling with difficult experiences. Perhaps you're dealing with trauma (like distressing events from your past), constant anxiety (feeling worried, on edge, or unable to relax), depression (persistent sadness, emptiness, or loss of joy), or questions about your identity (wondering who you really are and where you belong).
With the right support, you can experience relief from these struggles, develop deeper self-understanding, and create a life that feels more authentically yours.
I am currently offering online therapy sessions that can help you:
- Find relief from overwhelming emotions – anxiety that keeps you on edge, depression that drains your energy, or trauma responses that interrupt your daily life
- Develop a stronger sense of self – replacing self-doubt and criticism with genuine self-acceptance and confidence
- Navigate relationships more effectively – communicating your needs clearly and setting healthy boundaries that serve you
- Embrace your authentic identity – whether you're exploring your sexuality, gender identity, cultural background, or neurodivergency
- Transform painful experiences into sources of wisdom and strength rather than ongoing distress
What Makes Our Work Together Different
As someone with extensive experience supporting trauma survivors, LGBTQ+ individuals, and neurodivergent people, I understand the unique challenges you may face.
Depending on what works best for you, we might:
- Use EMDR therapy to process traumatic memories, helping you feel less triggered and more present in your daily life
- Explore past experiences to understand and change patterns that no longer serve you
- Develop practical strategies for managing difficult emotions, improving your day-to-day wellbeing
- Address relationship challenges, helping you connect more deeply with others while staying true to yourself
- Work through shame or self-criticism, allowing you to experience greater self-acceptance and peace
My Areas of Expertise – And How They Benefit You
Though I work to support the broadest range of individuals, my experience focuses aroound these areas:
- Trauma & PTSD: Process difficult experiences safely, reducing flashbacks, nightmares, and anxiety while regaining a sense of safety in your body and the world.
- Identity & Belonging: Explore questions around sexuality, gender, culture, or intersectional identities in a judgment-free space, moving from confusion or shame toward pride and authenticity.
- Relationship & Intimacy Issues: Transform patterns that lead to disconnection, develop more fulfilling relationships, and learn to be vulnerable without compromising your needs.
- Men's Issues: Navigate societal expectations and pressures in ways that allow for emotional expression, vulnerability, and authentic connections.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
