About me
This Psychotherapeutic Counselling Service is called SOS Therapies and Wendy Mason is a lead therapist.
Starting therapy can be a brave and sometimes difficult decision. My aim at SOS Therapies is to build a trusting relationship where I can work together with you collaboratively.
If you feel that you are struggling SOS Therapies seeks to help you feel comfortable and safe to explore your feelings and experiences in a neutral and confidential setting so that a way forward can be found.
When you contact SOS Therapies our free telephone consultation can establish how to help you. I offer a range of different therapeutic approaches to meet your needs and these can range between short term and longer term therapy depending on the circumstances that you experience.
Clients describe SOS Therapies as empowering and empathic. I have helped a great many number of people to reach their goals and potential. My clients achieve emotional freedom from their issues whilst enhancing and restoring quality, purpose and meaning to their lives.
