About me
I am a therapeutic counsellor working with women from all walks of life. I offer a kind, reflective and grounding support during what may be some of the most challenging times in your life, for example:
- Living with diagnosed or undiagnosed neurodivergence
- Going through menopausal transition & post-menopause changes
- Work-related stress, loss of motivation or burnout
- Health or hormonal issues affecting your day-to-day life
- Children leaving home ('empty nest') or estrangement
- Elderly parents needing support weighing heavily on you
- Cravings and need for something 'more'
- Traumatic events in the past affecting your life right now
- And much more...
My work combines therapeutic counselling with creative exploration and somatic awareness. Drawing on principles from depth psychology, I can help you recognise stories and patterns that may be unconsciously affecting your life in a negative way. Together, we can find the best way forward so that you can thrive and enjoy the life you deserve.
