About me
Do you often ask yourself: ‘What is happening to me? I just don’t recognise myself anymore’. Old ways of living and coping with life’s stressors have simply stopped working and you find yourself at a crossroads. You may have lived through a traumatic experience or other significant life event that has left you feeling vulnerable and scarred. There may be new health, relationship or work challenges now that you simply don’t know how to resolve or something inside you has ‘snapped’ and says: ‘I’ve had enough’
If you’re struggling with an issue right now that feels hard to cope with, you don’t have to manage on your own. Get in touch today for a free, 20 minute call and I will answer any questions you might have. You don’t have to suffer anymore and you don’t have to do this alone!
I have helped many women through post traumatic stress and other significant life events. I have been there myself once and came out the other side. It is now my life’s passion to help other women do the same.
