I’m a level 7 UKCP and NCPS Accredited Psychotherapist, providing a safe space to explore the reason for your visit today. I know it can be a really daunting prospect seeking out therapy, but you’ve made the first step. Whether your troubles are current or historic, my job is to walk alongside you through your journey of discovery, without judgement or agenda.
I’d love to help you! But first, let’s see if we feel like a good match- I offer a free, initial consultation to find out a little about you and to answer any questions you may have. We can do this online or via telephone.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
