About me
Hi... so if you are seeing this you have taken a huge step in getting the support you need. Well done, now take a breath. I am here for you.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I am here to support you as a unique individual. I hear you.
On our first meeting, we will take the opportunity to chat and to see if we are a good fit, and if counselling is the right place for you at this moment in your life. We will chat about what is going on for you and how we can enable you to get past this difficult stage of your journey and onto the next. In doing this we recognise that not everyone's journey is the same and whilst knowing that you are with me in a safe space we can work confidentially on where the next stage of your journey will take you.
I offer confidentiality and a safe space to be you and it is so important to me that you are allowing me the privilege of being on this journey with you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a trained hypnotherapist and psychotherapist and have worked in many areas since qualifying.
A small part of who I work with are those dealing with self-harm and suicidal ideation, anxiety, anger issues, depression and panic attacks. I deal with trauma and the repercussions of that trauma. Family issues, abuse, relationship problems, grief and loss and addiction are all a glimpse into what I can help you with. If you don't fit into any of these categories, don't worry, sometimes we just know we aren't feeling like ourselves and we don't know why... and that's ok too.
I work with adolescents, teens and adults dealing with a range of challenging and personal difficulties.
I am a registered member of the NCPS and abide by and am governed by their ethical framework.
I regularly update my knowledge and qualifications so as to offer you the very best of myself.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
