About me
I am a qualified integrative counsellor offering a warm, compassionate, and open non-judgemental space where you can feel truly heard. I understand that reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step, and I aim to make that process as comfortable and supportive as possible.
I work with people of all ages and backgrounds, and I welcome you just as you are.
My Approach
My way of working is primarily person-centred and holistic, meaning I place you at the heart of the process. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
As an integrative counsellor, I also draw on different approaches where helpful, always adapting our work to suit your individual needs. I value building a genuine, trusting relationship where you feel safe enough to explore whatever you may be facing, at your own pace.
A Little About Me
Alongside my professional training, I bring my own lived experience of challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, and feeling overwhelmed. I also understand first-hand the positive impact that counselling can have. This helps me to offer a deeper level of empathy and understanding, while always keeping the focus on your unique experience.
