About me
Feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected from yourself, your relationships, or the parts of life that once felt meaningful? You’re not alone. Whether you're navigating trauma, neurodivergence, identity shifts, or transitions that feel hard to name, I offer a gentle, creative space to explore what support and reconnection can feel like. You won’t be rushed or expected to perform. My practice is grounded in trauma-informed care, offering a space shaped by safety and collaboration. We move at your pace, and your story is met with warmth, respect, and authenticity.
I work with adults seeking a space to explore emotional depth through art therapy or online therapy with sensitivity and care. Depending on your needs, sessions may include talking, art-making, or sensory work. This process can support reconnection, regulation, and expression in ways that feel safe, meaningful, and uniquely yours.
Beginning therapy can feel uncertain or daunting, especially when things feel messy or wordless. Whatever you are carrying, you're welcome to show up just as you are. There’s no pressure, only a gentle invitation to begin, in your own time. If this speaks to you, I’d be glad to hear from you.
Training, qualifications & experience
With over 15 years of experience in creative and therapeutic settings, I bring a grounded, relational approach to Art Psychotherapy. I hold a Master’s degree in Art Psychotherapy and am a registered practitioner with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT). My work spans a wide range of settings and life stages, supporting individuals with diverse identities and emotional needs.
Before qualifying as a therapist, I spent eight years facilitating art groups and workshops in community and educational contexts. These early experiences shaped my understanding of how creativity, when offered with care and intention, can foster emotional insight, connection, and growth.
My clinical training included two years in CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services), where I worked with children and adolescents facing complex emotional challenges. I focused on creating spaces where expression could unfold safely and at each young person’s own pace.
Later, I spent over five years as an Art Psychotherapist in a university setting, offering therapy and creative workshops to students of all ages, navigating transitions, identity exploration, grief, and burnout, supporting and holding space for their experiences with sensitivity and respect.
Across these roles, I’ve seen how creativity can support emotional regulation, self-understanding, and resilience, especially when held within a therapeutic relationship that values authenticity and trust. Now, in private practice, I offer a space where your story is met with care, your process is honoured, and your healing is supported through creative exploration.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
