About me
You may be feeling anxious in relationships, emotionally overwhelmed, or repeating patterns you don’t fully understand. Perhaps past experiences or attachment wounds are affecting how you relate to others. You want clarity, emotional stability and a deeper understanding of yourself so you can feel more secure, connected and grounded in your life and relationships. I offer attachment-focused, trauma-informed therapy for adults and couples in Brighton & Hove and online.
My work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), psychodynamic and nervous system awareness approaches. I also offer psychedelic preparation and integration support in a safe, reflective therapeutic space.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable. If you are considering reaching out, we can arrange an initial assessment session to explore what brings you to therapy and whether we feel like the right fit. You are welcome to take that first step when you feel ready.
My work is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that healing unfolds through presence, curiosity, and connection. I support individuals and couples to navigate anxiety, relational challenges, identity struggles, and the lingering impact of trauma, helping them move toward greater authenticity and self-trust.
My approach integrates Psychodynamic, Somatic, and Humanistic perspectives, alongside mindfulness and Polyvagal-Informed understanding. Also, I am a certified Somatic Psychedelics Facilitator.
(The use of psychedelic substances is currently illegal in the UK. Therefore, I don’t take requests for illegal psychedelic assisted work. Instead, I offer preparation and integration, supporting people to understand and make meaning of their experiences in a safe, grounded way and for harm reduction purposes.)
I strive to create a space where you can meet yourself fully, in your own time and language, without pressure to fix or perform. Together, we can make sense of what feels tangled and support you in finding your own rhythm toward healing and wholeness.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
