About me

I know that taking the step to seek help can be daunting.

In my practice, I offer a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely. As a trained integrative and relational therapist, I work collaboratively with you to identify patterns in your relationships with yourself and others that may be causing distress.  We will look at your past and current experiences together to uncover insights and foster growth.

My approach is highly personalized and  I draw from a  range of therapeutic theories to tailor my support specifically to your needs. My goal is to understand how you feel about your current difficulties and collaborate on finding relief and meaningful insight.

I offer both online and in-person sessions in Borehamwood and Barnet. I offer short-term counselling (6-12 weeks) and also longer term open ended counselling.

Each session is 50 minutes long, conducted weekly, and I adhere to the ethical principles and guidelines of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).  I offer a free initial 20-minute phone consultation. This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions and see if we’re a good fit. Feel free to reach out via phone or email.

I have also worked with clients at Mind.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a BA (Hons) degree in Integrative- Relational counselling - validated by Middlesex University.

I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and adhere to their standards and ethics.

I have undergone further training to work therapeutically online.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
